Design
The design of the building blends harmoniously into the historic city centre. The use of high-quality materials takes into account the claim for representation of the building.
The City-Carrée consists of two building sections which are separated by the road Löbderstrasse. An underground car park links the buildings. Both buildings consist of five full floors and a top floor. The retail floor spaces are found on the ground floor and on the first floor.
