Sun shading

Sun protection is ensured in part by canopies on the ground floor and by external vertical louvre blinds on the first floor.
The office floors are equipped with electrically regulated external vertical louvre blinds.
The apartments are fitted with technically equivalent sun-shading which is manually regulated (only to the south, south-east and west).
Sun-shading on the top floors is provided by a protruding roof.

Inner rooms on the underground floor are provided with a mechanical ventilation system.

Inner storage rooms of the retail shops and offices, laundry rooms and storage rooms of the apartments are mechanically ventilated (10 air changes).

The retail floor areas on the ground floor and on the first floor are ventilated in accordance with the policies governing the workplace.

The single kitchens of the apartments and the kitchenettes are equipped with mechanical forced ventilation.
